Q. Do I need to get another line installed to receive calls on my new number?
No. Your new number is connected to your existing line; callers can dial either your normal local exchange number or your new number. Both ways you will receive the call as normal.
Q. Do I own the telephone number?
No, you do not own the numbers. They are rented to you, for your exclusive use, for the period that your contract runs. This is no different from your home number, which is rented from BT for your use.
Q. Once I place an order, do I need to contact BT or my telephone provider?
No - we take care of everything. No new telephone lines are required and your existing number remains unchanged.
Q. How does it work?
It's simple - we map your existing number onto your new number/numbers. When someone calls your new 01/02 Local Area Number, 03 or 08 number, it immediately connects through to your normal landline or mobile.
